After clicking on one of their money-back offers and providing purchase proof, I initially received an email stating that my offer was approved. However, shortly after, they claimed there was "suspicious activity" on my account and demanded documents to verify my identity and residency. Here’s the alarming part: they asked for highly sensitive information, including both sides of a driver's license, passport, birth certificate, or even a citizenship certificate—with no redacted details allowed. For residency, they wanted utility bills, tuition invoices, credit card statements, deeds, or even personal checks. Even worse, they expect you to send this over email, an insecure and unsafe method for sharing such critical personal information. This is not a bank or a reputable financial institution—they're a coupon company! The level of detail they're requesting is excessive and downright dangerous. I strongly caution anyone considering using CouponCabin. This process feels like a blatant attempt to collect sensitive information, and the risks of identity theft or fraud are far too high. Avoid them at all costs.

Terrible company that will be facing legal action due to their unethical business practices and dishonest owners. They can decide to not provide cash back even if you have a receipt and multiple other means of a confirming that a transaction was made.

This site supposed to popup on sites for savings at check out and all of a sudden i stop working.

I've never earned so much cash back so easily... this place is a win for me!! I just saw some bad reviews advising its a scam. I don't know their experience, but I have certainly benefited to the tune of over $300 in only a year since joining. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away. Just READ the guidelines for offers. My money is deposited directly to my PayPal when I reach a $50 threshold that I set for myself.

Coupon Cabin is a scam ripped me off on my first transaction and I went through their Sidekick app. Stay away folks mot worth the aggravation. . Rakuten and Retail Me Not are better options and more trust worthy and I'm sure there are others stay away from this scam outfit Somebody needs to start a class action on these thieves,

They told me I would receive a $10 bonus on google store and that it would be coming in the mail in 3 to 4 days! That long is unacceptable in this day and age. And.... it never came!

They steal money from your account regularly and call it a "maintenance fee". The dumbest thing I have ever heard. They charge a maintenance fee for doing absolutely nothing for you. What an awful company stealing thousands from people. Never in my life going near them again.

I have follow the rules. And they asked for me the my personal identify information. i NEVER see a cashback extension ask me for it

I've found that other extensions worked much better than CouponCabin. More than half my activity through CC was not successfully tracked, and I've had support requests stretch out to 4+ months with no resolution. Often CC's cashback rates were within 0.25% of competitors, and it's just not worth the time and effort to have to message their support system for a quarter of a percent of my purchase when rak or Honey work better. Also, recently they've been adding more restrictions in to help deny giving you cashback on certain sites (saying that if it isn't automatically tracked you cannot even open a support ticket about it). Just deleted my account.

Will not work if using VPN! This extension will fail if you use an adblocker or if you like to "safely" browse the net with a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Given that most computer experts recommend VPN's as a MUST HAVE these days, Coupon Cabin needs to fix this issue! I have not had any issues with the 2 other major plugins that give cashback that I use. Thank you.
